1. Order Processing Time

All orders are carefully verified, quality-checked, and prepared for dispatch within 1โ€“3 business days of payment confirmation. During peak periods or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer โ€” we appreciate your patience and will always keep you informed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and estimated delivery window.


2. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by destination and are calculated from the date of dispatch. Please refer to the estimates below:

Please note: These are estimated delivery windows and may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, or high-demand periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities in your country.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions โ€” keep an eye on our store announcements and sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time. Please allow 2โ€“5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to become active and display accurate updates.

If your tracking number is not showing updates after 5 business days, please contact our support team and we will investigate on your behalf.


5. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be dispatched from different fulfilment locations and arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment. There is no additional charge for split deliveries.


6. Shipping Insurance

All orders dispatched by Gleefloat are covered by shipping insurance. In the unlikely event that your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you, provided sufficient evidence is submitted.

To report a lost or damaged shipment, please contact us at support@gleefloat.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date, including your order number and any relevant photos.


7. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs inspection and import duties or taxes imposed by your countryโ€™s authorities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping fee charged by Gleefloat.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on applicable fees before placing your order. We are unable to predict or control customs processing times, which may affect your delivery estimate.


8. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before completing your order. Gleefloat is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.


9. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to update your order details โ€” such as your shipping address, product size, or colour โ€” please contact us at support@gleefloat.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered processing or been dispatched, we are unable to make changes.

We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing checkout to avoid any inconvenience.
