Overview
At Gleefloat, we stand behind every product we sell. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to make it right. Please read our policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The item is in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is provided
Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@gleefloat.com with the subject line: RETURN REQUEST
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return
- Our team will respond within one business day with return instructions and, where applicable, a return label
- Pack the item securely and send it back using the instructions provided
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days
Please do not send items back without first contacting our support team, as unauthorised returns may not be processed.
3. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the credit.
Refunds cover the cost of the returned item(s) only. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
Promotional purchases: Items purchased during a sale or promotional event may be subject to modified return conditions. Please review the terms of the promotion at the time of purchase.
4. Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size, colour, or product of equal value, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please contact us at support@gleefloat.com with your order number and the details of the item you would like instead.
If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit as an alternative.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
We take quality seriously, but occasionally items may be damaged in transit or arrive with a manufacturing defect. If this happens, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will resolve it promptly at no cost to you.
To report a damaged or defective item, email support@gleefloat.com with the subject line: DAMAGED ITEM, and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
6. Missing Items or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives incomplete or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@gleefloat.com with the subject line: MISSING ITEM or WRONG ITEM, along with your order number. We will investigate and resolve the issue as a priority.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:
- Pet food, treats, and nutritional supplements
- Grooming products that have been opened
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
