Do I need an account to place an order?
Not at all β you can check out as a guest. However, creating a free Gleefloat account gives you access to faster checkout, full order history, easy return requests, and early access to new arrivals and exclusive promotions.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also support secure digital payment options at checkout. All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD).
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Our website uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect all data entered during checkout. Your payment details are transmitted directly to our payment processor and are never stored on our servers. Shopping with Gleefloat is safe and secure.
Will I be charged in a currency other than USD?
All orders are processed in US Dollars. If your card is issued in a different currency, your bank or card provider will apply the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction. We recommend checking with your bank if you have questions about conversion fees.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch. If you need to make a change or cancellation, please contact us at support@gleefloat.com within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, we cannot guarantee changes can be made.

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery typically takes 7β15 business days depending on your location. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing in your country. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order, please contact us and we will look into it right away.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been processed or dispatched. Please double-check your delivery details carefully before completing your purchase. We recommend using a permanent residential address rather than a temporary one.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Gleefloat ships to many countries worldwide. Shipping availability and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
What should I do if my order hasnβt arrived?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information. If the tracking shows no updates or the package appears to be lost, contact us at support@gleefloat.com with your order number and we will investigate promptly.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please email us at support@gleefloat.com with your order number and reason for return. Please visit our Return & Refund Policy page for full details.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 5β7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to reflect the credit.
My item arrived damaged β what should I do?
We are sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@gleefloat.com with the subject line DAMAGED ITEM, your order number, and a clear photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
There are items missing from my order β what should I do?
Please contact us at support@gleefloat.com with the subject line MISSING ITEM and your order number. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If you are unsure, our support team is happy to help you choose β just send us your petβs measurements and breed.
Do you restock sold-out products?
We do our best to restock popular items regularly. If a product you love is currently out of stock, you can contact us at support@gleefloat.com to be notified when it becomes available again.
Do you offer personalised or custom products?
