Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

A: Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, they may already be in processing. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

Q: Are your products safe for all pets?

A: All products sold at Gleefloat are carefully reviewed for safety and quality. Each product page includes detailed material information and age or size recommendations. When in doubt, feel free to ask us before purchasing.
